About Eagle DR AB
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eagle DR AB website and services. Eagle DR AB is a private limited company registered in Sweden under organisation number 559515-3122, with its registered office at Sotingeplan 28 LGH 1001, 163 61 Spånga, Stockholm, Sweden.
By accessing our website or entering into a business relationship with Eagle DR AB, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Products and Services
Eagle DR AB specialises in the import and wholesale supply of premium Ethiopian agricultural products including, but not limited to:
- Specialty coffee — Yirgacheffe, Sidama, Guji, Harrar, Limu and other single-origin varieties
- Teff grain — white and red varieties
- Red kidney beans — 1 kg and 2 kg packaging
- Pepper, sesame seeds, and soy products
All products are sourced directly from Ethiopian producers and exporters. Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders and Enquiries
Our website is informational and does not constitute a direct e-commerce storefront. Orders and wholesale enquiries are processed via direct communication through our contact form or email.
An order is confirmed only when Eagle DR AB sends a written order confirmation to the buyer.
Eagle DR AB reserves the right to decline any order for any reason, including availability constraints or inability to verify the enquiry.
For bulk and wholesale orders, a separate purchase agreement may be required, which will supersede these general Terms to the extent of any conflict.
Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) or euros (EUR) depending on the destination market.
Agreed on a per-order basis and stated in the written order confirmation. Standard terms for new customers are payment in advance or net 30.
Subject to interest charges under the Swedish Interest Act (Räntelag 1975:635) at 8 percentage points above the Riksbank reference rate.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery terms, timelines, and shipping costs are agreed upon order confirmation and depend on destination, order volume, and chosen freight method.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Eagle DR AB is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Duties, taxes, and other charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Product Quality and Inspection
Eagle DR AB works to ensure that all products meet the agreed specifications at the time of dispatch.
Claims for visible defects, quantity shortfalls, or non-conformity must be raised in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
Must be raised as soon as discovered and in any event no later than 3 months after delivery.
Limited to replacement of affected goods or a pro-rata credit note, at our sole discretion. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, design elements, and the Eagle DR AB name and brand — is the exclusive property of Eagle DR AB or its licensors and is protected by Swedish and international intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent from Eagle DR AB. The Eagle D.R A.B brand mark and eagle emblem are trademarks of Eagle DR AB.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eagle DR AB shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or services
- Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity
- Damage caused by reliance on information provided on our website
- Interruptions to website availability or functionality
Our total liability in respect of any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
Unresolved disputes shall be referred to the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
Disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
